Cold weather skin can get dry and patchy. Straight foundation will only draw attention to this….so what to do? Just use a beauty blender to mix equal parts moisturizer and cream foundation to treat dryness while getting great coverage.
Always have lip balm on hand. Nothing is worse than dry, sore and chapped lips that you are constantly trying to soothe. Make sure you never even get to that point by staying away from cheap, waxy balms and choosing rich, creamy ones that seal in your lip moisture instead. You’ll be glad you did when it’s time to play with sexy winter lipstick shades and get noticed!
Hair And Nails
Don’t neglect your hair in cold weather. It can wreak havoc on moisture levels and make your ends look dull and fly-away. Look into and leave-in conditioner for just the ends of your hair to keep them looking fresh and healthy.
Icy wind and frigid cold can affect nails, too. Pay attention to cuticles by using a cuticle cream one regular basis, and don’t forget hand cream after every hand washing! (Have you seen my DIY manicure post?)

I know I’ve written about this subject before, but you’ll notice that these are new winter beauty tips. That’s why I called them ‘fresh‘. Looking great is important to me and even though I’ve traded the cold weather in the Pac NW for desert, it still gets chilly in Vegas at night! I totally agree with you on winter beauty tips. My masseuse said she will put makeup/lipstick/foundation make me into a girl on Valentine’s Day/ after I’m done with work instead of us going to boutique she said she would do this herself. She said she’s never done this to guys before and would be fun and good for me. I was told to bring my wigs/bras/dress. Do you think I should bring my dd or ddd breast forms? Or should I order c breasts forms. This is dream come true and with her doing this to me I’m her cream puff girl forever and no longer boyfriend material anymore. She has her nails dug into me with no intention of ever letting me which is what I really wanted.
