Men dress up for all types of reasons. Sometimes, it’s because they idolize the women that they see either in daily life or within the celebrity world, and they love the glam and style of it all. Many men will tell you they feel most like themselves when they’re wearing something soft and frilly. Dressing up might even be a part of solo sex play or impressing a lover. Whatever the reason, dress up is a fun way to connect with your inner feelings, transform yourself or work out stress or anxiety whether you identify as a sissy or a cross dresser.
Cross dressing and proud
Some dressers are bold in their fashion choices and they don’t care who sees. They know that clothes are not just coverings, they are passionate statements. For this proud dresser, they relish their time at malls and boutiques, routinely asking for a dressing room to be opened so that they may openly shop and try on items. It is common for clerks to know them by name and they might even be friends. Some are gay and some are not. They go out en femme, flirt openly and fancy themselves quite the fashionista. But it isn’t always this way.
Closeted cross dressers
For other dressers, they like to fly under the radar. Some are gay, but some are not. For many of them, dressing has nothing to do with anyone else, whether sexual or otherwise. They just feel a tremendous sense of peace when dressed. They love the fabric, the fit, the sound the clothes make when they walk. Flowing skirts and dresses, stylish accessories…..how can they refuse? They aren’t ready to shout it from the mountaintops and there’s no rush to do so. They live quietly, amass their stashes of beautiful things and enjoy what they have. They might be married to women and be forced to orchestrate time to dress within business trips or being home alone. Some of their wives know but many do not, and these dressers live a double life that both excites them and keeps them cautious of being found out.

I like wearing women’s clothes. It’s so much better then guy clothes. Dresses/yoga pants/leggings/bras/panties/knee high boots/ankle boots/women’s turtle neck sweaters/slips/pumps. Just looking in mirror I can’t believe how I look. Wearing pumps my legs are so girlish as well as my body. I’ve started buying more women’s clothes and have got rid of my sports team shirts. I just ordered more legging/tights/ as well as boot cut slacks. I’m in the closet as no one knows. Kohls has great women’s clothes as I wish it was more if a women’s shop instead of both sexes:( I’ve lost track of time in bra section as it’s so sexy and hot turn on. I’m ready to tell salesgirl items are for me but just scared what her reaction will be. But she called me dear when I told her leggings/yoga pants were xl. 2-3 weeks later she greeted me as I walked in. I think she’s on to me. I’m not sure. I did go to Victoria’s Secret as I asked to get fitted for a bra and girl was happy to fit me but 38 size was to tight:( honestly women’s clothes look better on me then guy clothes. It makes me weak,submissive & feminine. It’s only way I get hard and off. There would be nothing better if salesgirl would make me her sissy dress up doll same with ladies at salon. I’d let them have their way with me but am to scared and afraid to ask as I scared to see their reaction. What should I do Ms Amber :(?
I don’t think you should have to hide who you are if you don’t want to. Salesgirls are prepared for shoppers of both genders and if they know how to provide real customer service, they won’t act any different. You don’t have to announce your cross dressing to the world, but letting a clerk in on it if you’re honestly shopping for items would help you be bring down a wall you have while they help you find some great items.
It looks like no matter what, crossdressers and sissies alike have a warm place to call home with you around. Even Petra(Peter) finds solace in your little dress-up corner of the web. She can be a sneaky one. That’s why I suggest you put a bell around her neck so that you always know when she’s nearby, then tie her down and put her in stockings, hahaha!

Ms Amber ~ I too love talking to my sissies and crossdressers. They are my girlfriends. We chat about clothes, make up, boys and all things girlie. But you are so right to point out, not all are gay or have any interest being a woman sexually. Of course, there are those who want all the benefits of being a woman. Your right I do need to call you. I’m calling 4 mistresses and list is growing as I should do the feminization circuit. It’s Ms Cindy,MsGia,Ms Finoa,& Ms Casey. They already have me wearing bra/panty/pumps/lipstick and trip to salon is next for my feminization. Ms Violet , Ms Delia as well as Ms Kaylee want to join in along with you. That makes 8 mistresses and I’m sure I can find 2 more to make it 10. They have called me cream puff as that’s what I’ve become and turned into.
