I don’t know about how all of you are doing, but this whole pandemic-breakdown-the-world-is-on-fire stuff is exhausting. And then of course it’s an election year, I don’t want to watch the news anymore and numbers keep rising. It’s hard for alot of people to not bottom out, eat their feelings, sit like lumps on a couch and switch to autopilot.

Stuff To Do Right Now
Nothing I’m gonna say is new. But we need to return to it because it’s too easy to live like we’ve forgotten.
So sleep. Fucking sleep already. Resist the urge to binge watch anything. Nothing is going anywhere, including you. Streaming services are doing what they can to keep you entertained. So watch some and turn it off. Your ass is asleep. Walk around a little.
Drink lots of water. Stand on your porch or sit in your yard. Read real news and not social media. Eat a vegetable. Stretch and call your friends and have a glass of wine with dinner and make sure dinner is real food more often than not.
The Other Night….
The other night, I hung out with a friend’s family and laughed myself silly at her crazy husband telling stories. I was in the next town over for hours and the world wasn’t different, but I was. At least for a little, I felt normal again. And that’s the name of this game. Feel as normal as possible as safely as possible for as long as possible until things are normal again.
