Swimsuits scream ‘summer’, and it’s difficult not to not want one. They’re feminine, revealing, colorful and the obvious attire for the beach or pool. But what if you’re not en femme? What if you’re housebound for now and have yet to take that very public step? Should you really miss out on this fun and sexy summer rite of passage? Absolutely not. Buying a swimsuit is part of summer and just as special as the lingerie you love or your favorite babydoll nightie. You don’t have to buy one every summer, of course. Not unless you want to. If it’s not hella important for you to be trendy, by a classic style and wear it for a few years. Because housebound swimsuits won’t touch chlorine unless you have a pool, they’ll last longer.

Wearing And Caring For Your Sissy Swimsuit

Swimsuits aren’t cheap, but few things are anyway. When it comes to your purchase, you’re better off buying quality than a cheap garment to save a few bucks. There are tons of styles on the market, obviously. Some of you may want the classic two piece, but I’m a one piece girl, myself. If you need to hide a tummy, there are patterns and types of suits for that. Like a little more around the bottom? Get a suit with a cute, short frilly sissy skirt built in. I’ve seen padded suits for a little ‘on top’ help, too. They make them for all kinds of bodies. If you’re a private sissy but have access to some privacy out on a porch or fenced yard, that’s a great time to wear your suit. Indoors or outdoors, make yourself a cold drink, thumb through a fashion mag, just relax and feel beautiful.

So how do you care for swimwear? No washing machines, that’s for sure! You will want to hand wash your sissy swimsuit in a cool water with a detergent meant for delicates. Don’t wring it out to remove excess water. Just wrap it in a dry, fluffy towel and squeeze. Then hang your damp suit to dry. Don’t ever soak your suit in cleaning solution for longer than 30 min, put it in the dryer, hang it in the sun or sit on a rough surfaces that will thin or tear it.

Wrapping Up

This little summer fashion blog comes on the heels of my summer skin care post from last week. Armed with your smart sun knowledge from that and a sexy sissy swimsuit that makes you feel like a million bucks, you’re going to enjoy the season even more now!
