Last week, I was so excited to begin telling all of you of some anal sex toys to try. But the ‘red-hot territory’ I promised last week definitely took on a different meaning after a trip to the river today. And thanks to the events of today, this week is all about summer skin care and sun damage prevention. Sissies and cross dressers, listen up! This is for you!
Mistress out in the summer sun with cuck and sissy Patrick
You may have noticed that I wasn’t around for calls yesterday, and that’s because I was with my cuckold Scott and his sissy romance, Patrick. The two of them have really been getting closer, and they had been excited to get out and enjoy the weather. With Patrick’s Mistress (and my bestie) Tarah busy all day with errands, I was happy to chaperone a trip to the river.
So why did I interrupt a perfectly good string of sex blogs in our current series of Amber Academy to tell you about all this? Well, it’s because even though I stayed safe in the sun under my umbrella and hat and Scott lathered up with sunscreen and had a lovely day…..Patrick fried up like a little lobster. I felt so very bad for him! He is currently at home and quite uncomfortable, as Tarah has been working to help him cool the sting that he earned. Patrick assured me when we picked him up that he had applied sunscreen and even had more with him, so I wasn’t worried. Skin care is important to me, and something I harp about alot. Scott even wrote about it just a few days ago, and you can read that here.
So again, what does this have to do with you? Plenty. Summer is in full swing and my readers need a few tips to implement when having fun. You don’t need to stay indoors when all your friends are elsewhere. Please read and remember these things:
Summer Skin Care and Sun Damage Prevention Tips
It only takes one bad burn to double your risk of melanoma. When it comes to sunscreen, you must apply enough, and often enough for it to matter. You should be using about a teaspoon for sized amount for your face and about an ounce for your body. You should also be reapplying every two hours or so, and being extra careful about sunshine from approximately 10 am to 4 pm. Harmful rays can still reach you through windows at your office, on trains or in cars. And of course, in water. Summer skin care is serious business!
You should be wearing sunscreen on your face and on exposed skin even when you are not in direct sunlight, even if it’s through clouds. Cosmetics have come a long way in trying to help! I use a CC cream that offers some color with an SPF. I even have a makeup setting spray with an SPF in it. Even if you aren’t big into alot of make-up, you owe it to yourself to find a face lotion that will offer you SPF coverage. Don’t forget to guard the exposed parts of scalp and the part of your hair against sun damage, as well. Sunscreen is your best friend! Have someone help you with the parts that you can’t reach.
Do a monthly self-check in a full length mirror to watch for any signs of new moles or changing moles. If something appears or changes color or size, don’t mess around. Get thee to the Doctor post-haste for an examination! Cancer doesn’t fuck around, and neither should you!
Really love the look of ‘tan’? Get a self-tanner, silly! Stay away from tanning beds and unprotected sun exposure to stay as healthy (and non-leathery) as possible whether you’re out en femme or not. There’s a reason why Christie Brinkley still looks like a million bucks at 61. She shuns the sun!
Next week, back to our regularly scheduled blogging.
Ms. Amber this is fucking HOT!
Um…sure the blog is nice, but I mean the picture. I will admit a stared just a bit too long before I read what you write. Mistress prerogative, I guess. I would say for sure you are following your own advice, and are taking great care of your nipples…err…I mean skin! Yes skin!! 🙂 Suffice it to say I am going to go cool off now!
Ms. Delia
Oh, Miss Delia. You flatter me! And yes, taking care of skin is very important. I hope all my readers took my advice to heart.
I agree the sun is evil!!! Especially from 10am-4pm 20 years ago on cruise I found out the hard way as I fell asleep pool side and woke up fried. It was worst sunburn ever!! No I don’t care if I farmers tan anymore. Now with facials and skin creams I take care of my skin/face. Love the rose water as it keeps my face so soft!
Glad you found something that works for you, Peter!
It’s so awesome of you to teach your sissies about proper sunscreen care. It is especially important if you are pale like yourself as I am betting you burn pretty easily. When I went to Vegas this year, I forgot my sunscreen thinking it was not really hot. (I’m from the humid part of Texas.) I ended up getting sunburned even though it wasn’t that hot. It was horrible and now that it’s summer, it’s really important to stay hydrated and have on the sun screen. Thank you for this blog!!
You are so welcome. Bad sunburns can cause real damage, especially down the road. Have a great summer, Miss Simone!
Ms. Amber, it’s obvious how you keep your peaches and cream complexion. So glad, you’re letting all the sissy girls know a very important tip to keep gorgeous skin. Yep, if we want to stay smooth and wrinkle free, this is necessary to do. I never leave the house without my SPF 50 on my face and body. I’m with Petey cream puff, bring on the high end face cream:)
I know the stuff can be expensive, but you only get one face! It’s totally worth it!
