The moment that I put the word out that I was taking ideas for this series, it was a fellow Mistress that suggested that I talk about cross dressers and sissies in general, and the different types. Before we delve into different subjects of this series, I think I will take her suggestion, and just put this out there. This isn’t necessarily new info, but it details the different groups of individuals that I write for and that have inspired me to be a feminization Mistress.
Different types of sissies and cross dressers
So what is the difference between a sissy and a cross dresser, anyway? They are not the same, and there are two categories that are very different: cross dressers that are open and secret, and sissies that are open and secret.
An open cross dresser enjoys the lifestyle freely. They shop publicly and likely have friends and loved ones that know of their lifestyle. Open cross dressers may be married, and may/may not have a supportive spouse. However, a secret cross dresser most likely must sneak any feminine interests. Shopping must be discreet and they may be forced to stash clothes and accessories at the office, in a storage locker away from home or another place kept private. If a secret cross dresser is married, they often must wait until opportunities where their spouse is away from home in order to have privacy to enjoy the lifestyle. Cross dressers may not appear or act feminine at all, regardless of whether they are open or in secret. Cross dressers can be masculine and display physical strength the same as any Alpha male. If a cross dresser does not want you to know about their lifestyle, you won’t. Cross dressers might like cock, but being a cross dresser does not mean you always love cock. Many cross dressing males enjoy sexual relationships with women and are aroused by the female form. Often, cross dressers enjoy the lifestyle merely out of a love for the clothes, for soft and pretty things that feel amazing when worn. Cross dressing is often a form of fun fantasy play and even stress maintenance and/or relaxation.
Sissies can be quite different, regardless of whether they are open or closed. An open sissy is quite verbal and eager to ‘live out loud’. They love attention and don’t mind wearing something that gets noticed. Closed sissies often have a hard time hiding everything. They are likely wearing panties under their dress slacks at work, but you don’t need to know that to already know they’re a sissy. Sissies might try to be discreet, but often, their feminine tendencies give them away anyway. Even when sissies believe they have kept things quiet, it is not uncommon that those that know them best have already figured out they want cock. I have never heard of or met a sissy that did not want cock. Unlike cross dressers that may not be the least interested in cock, mentioning cock and cocksucking to a sissy gets them all a-flutter, at least in my experience! This year I’ve already bought yoga pants/leggings in person. Next is to buy more bras/boyshorts. I bought another dress which fits perfectly.
