My history with lady stockings….
I remember being small and sneaking into my mother’s dresser drawers to play with stockings. I saw them regularly growing up, as they would drip dry in the bathroom after handwashing. My mom didn’t have all the pretty things we do today, but stockings were one of the most feminine things to me! Eager for instruction, I clung to my mother while growing up, and was anxious to absorb everything she had to teach. And when she put her stockings on, I would watch as she would bunch the toes with her fingers, place her delicate foot inside, and smooth them upwards like a second skin. It was like she was sharing a special secret with me. Her femininity was like a superpower, and I wanted to be just like her.
I think that’s why I love feminization and how I can encourage people now. Mom certainly wouldn’t have believed at the time that her stockings were all that important, but it was what they meant to me that mattered so much. Her stockings were simple, functional and fairly plain. My mom wasn’t frivolous or too ‘out-there’. (When she wanted to shake things up, she’d rearrange the living room!) Mom was a housewife, and stockings were a part of the ‘Mom uniform’. But when I would sneak into my parents’ room and open that top drawer, it was like a treasure chest. I would put them on as I had seen her do a million times, and feel transformed. I know that I am not alone. Hosiery of any kind is so fun to feel on your body, to wear with a stunning outfit. Few things are as feminine, versatile and ladylike. Who knows? It just might be your superpower, too!
Wear lingerie for you before anyone else!
Yes, there’s just something special about the look of hosiery, the way it clings to your skin and instantly changes your outlook. Like lipstick for your legs, hosiery is exciting. Pantyhose, thigh highs…..and how about those thick, pretty tights? Sweet or sexy, don’t be afraid to try them, to buy them and mix it up! Paired up with bras and panties, hosiery makes everything complete. As a sissy or a crossdresser, you may be quite private or painfully shy and never show your undergarments to anyone. But wearing them for others is always optional. Wear them for you first.
Becoming a woman can be positively thrilling, and can make you feel more than just ‘beautiful’. It can make you feel whole.
