In summer, being busy is easy. BBQ’s, bonfires, parties, late nights hanging out, going out en femme and those are just the fun things. You’re still working and trying to cram everything else into your day that you have to, which means long weekends having fun and going to bed too late. If you work in an environment filled with people, germs are everywhere. Everyone is touching the same doors, people shake hands, open the same break refrigerator and press the same elevator buttons. It takes longer to get dark in summer, it doesn’t feel late, and it’s all fun and games until you start getting a little tuckered out.
Summer colds suck, but they happen. Adults get strep, chicken pox, and certain strains of flu that make you pray for the sweet release of death. You should always be taking precautions against the creeping crud, and when you don’t, it makes you susceptible to illness. And when you’re sick or rundown, you’re not at your best. Can you guarantee that taking certain steps means you’ll never get sick? No, but you owe it to yourself to try. I want my sissies and crossdressers to be feminine and fabulous, yes. But I also want them healthy and happy!

Tips For Health And The Importance Of Rest (Even in summer!)
The older we get, the less our bodies will handle the all-nighters and wild living that it used to. Here’s some tips I’d like to share that have helped me alot!
- Try to pick one bedtime and stick with it. Don’t forget to wear a sexy nightie! (You know, so you’ll wake up feeling amazing!)
- Less alcohol, more water.
- Make friends with Vitamin C.
- Avoid sick people like the plague, no exceptions. If it hurts their feelings, they’ll get over it. You don’t want to be hacking up a lung for three weeks because you didn’t want to be rude to your sick friend.
- If you have a fever, cancel all plans. No work, no activities. For some of you, that goes for your slutty sex party or naughty cocksucking meet-up, too. You can’t rest and recharge if you’re exerting, and it’s just bad manners to put other people at risk.
- Keep your hands clean and stop touching your face all the damn time. Germs invade when you touch your mouth, nose and eyes. Hands off unless absolutely necessary.
- If you have a desk, it wouldn’t be so crazy to spray a light mist of disinfectant every morning. Let the office people make fun of you. You’ll be glad when you don’t get the office cold.
- Do not eat at your desk. There’s so much crap all over your keyboard, mouse and phone! Dust, germs, dirt…..just no.
- Don’t overwork yourself and do not ignore exercise. You need balance for sleep and rest, playtime and time to work up a sweat as well. Make the time for the stuff that matters.
- If you load up on sugar and garbage on a regular basis, you will get sick, guaranteed. No more donuts for breakfast, no more grazing candy all day. Work in fresh food, whole grains, lean proteins, etc. Splurge in moderation, but not daily. You feel beautiful when you can wear what you love and look how you want. Don’t sabotage your feminine efforts by feeling bloated, sick and unhealthy.
Your feminization Mistress has to work at all of this, too. But get in good habits now, and when cold weather comes, you’ll be ready.
Every year, fall and winter declare war on health without exception. And winter is coming! (C’mon, I had to!) Take care of yourself, my dears!

What a great post! Ms. Amber you are so right about taking care of our bodies. Being sick is certainly not fabulous. Sometimes it seems, that as we get older the worse treatment our bodies get. One thing I want to stress the importance of is washing your hands. I wish people would realize that hand sanitizer doesn’t work.
Hand sanitizer is stupid and a waste of money. I’ve banned it from my house!
