This past weekend, I was invited to a ladies holiday lunch. While the entire afternoon had a ‘feel’ that was more Christmas than Thanksgiving, it certainly felt festive and I took some time to dress up a little bit. I wore a pretty red and white dress, showed a little skin and I felt great. But I got a few compliments on my skin, which really made me smile. Hot on the heels of last week’s moisturizing post, I thought I’d share a little, pretty secret I have that dresses up your skin and gets you noticed! I used it this weekend and it will be a definite throughout the holiday season. It might be a little too much for everyday use, but for special events, it’s an excellent ‘something extra’.
Add a little shimmer this holiday season
There will be alot of parties, dinners, get-togethers, work functions and other things these next few months. That being said, glittery shimmer powder is just not for the younger generations. Don’t write it off because you don’t know how to wear it. There are definitely a few things to remember when accessorizing your skin! That’s what I’m here for, as your feminization Mistress!

Here are some tips to use when dressing up and using shimmer powder/body glitter this holiday season!
1) Dedicate a big, fluffy brush to your shimmer powder. Don’t use a blush brush or any other makeup brush that you use with another product.
2) You want more ‘shimmer’ and less ‘frost’, so pick your product carefully. Don’t want to use a brush? Shimmer sprays are out there, and they’re very hot!
3) Don’t use shimmer powder everywhere. You want to look dewy and sparkle-kissed, not like you’re going to a rave.
4) To use shimmer powder on your face, try brushing on the apples of your cheeks and or use a pretty shimmer eyeshadow on the browbone. If you have fine lines, avoid ‘shimmering’ those areas or it can settle into creases. Want it on your body? It will look great on the backs of knees, in your cleavage or on sexy, bare shoulders.
5) Be mindful of what you wear. If you’re rocking the shimmer powder when out en femme, do not pair it with a sparkly dress, anything with rhinestones, etc. Think black velvet or pretty much anything else!
Love your holiday sparkle!
