Last week, I had you thinking about the elegant women in classic film and television shows that were soft, but also smart, strong and confident. The entire purpose of this was to remember their grace, and keep it in mind on your sissy journey.

Do some people watching today, and you will notice that women have changed alot, and not necessarily for the better. Many women have decided to forgo the upkeep of womanly beauty in favor of comfort and simplicity, and this can often affect their manners and the way they carry themselves. While there’s nothing wrong with simplifying your beauty regimen or keeping things more on the natural side, there is a difference between this and letting yourself go. There are some women that have either given up, or forgotten how extraordinary it is to be a woman, and it’s easy to tell. Stay away from these examples, they are not the plan. That doesn’t mean you have to be a meek, mousy pushover. Au contraire! You can be classy and still take zero fucks from anyone. It’s about your reaction and delivery. There’s a fine line between being a bitch and being a baby. The most unforgettable women in history have found a medium, and they got results!

Feminine instruction as daily practice….

Over these next couple of weeks, this feminization mistress wants you to be mindful of how you walk, sit, bend and eat. All four of these things are important to master in order to be more feminine. Be mindful of how you bend. Crouch, do not fold at the waist. Think ‘delicate’. Use your napkin, eat politely, sit slowly and do not flop onto chairs or couches when you sit. Rise to meet others with a smile, and practice walking with grace. You can fine-tune anything to be more feminine, anything from laughing to posture to sneezing! Some of you may have never really stopped to think of how much can really be changed. It’s not that actions are ‘male’, but that they have often become lazy, and neither is feminine.

Take some time to consider your habits this week. Practice anything long enough, and it can become a habit. This is not just homework for the week as much as a step in a feminine direction.
