We are nearing the end of summer and soon, Fall will be here. I adore fall, but isn’t always kind to our waistline. We all want to look and feel our best whether we’re en femme or not. But Fall means calorie-heavy pumpkin spice coffee drinks and someone bringing coffeecake to the office. Baked breads and homey stews pave the way to Halloween candy, Christmas pies and eggnog. Before you know it, your skirt is tight and you feel like garbage. You know you need to make a change, but now you’re just feeling blah and unmotivated. Not fun.

Season-Proof That Sissy Figure

Unhealthy eating habits and lack of self-care can reflect in our skin, our energy levels and overall general mood. But it doesn’t have to! Sissies and cross dressers don’t have to trade feeling sexy and healthy for enjoying the seasons. It’s all a matter of balance. Here are some great tips to adopt to prepare for the cooler months of fun and food. Make them a habit now, and you’ll feel empowered, strong and ready for anything.

  • Walk. Work in a large office? Walk around the entire length of it’s interior once a day on your lunch break. Park away from the mall or grocery store. Get those extra steps in whenever possible!
  • Sleep. If you’re not rested, you’re not going to see any change on the scale even if you’re trying hard. Being tired will also make you a grumpy butt, and when you’re a grumpy butt, you won’t feel like exercising or doing much of anything.
  • Look for ways to be active in your downtime. Yes, I love to relax. But how about doing some arm exercises during commercial breaks? I have some cute little weights by my couch for just that reason.
  • Shop the outside of the store. Meats, milk, produce are all found there. Avoid the aisles unless absolutely necessary. That’s where all the sugar cereal, ice cream and general crap is.
  • Limit social drinking. You don’t have to go into debt drinking your calories while you’re scoping out the hot guy you’ve got your eye on. Have one drink and enjoy it. You want to remember sucking that cock, don’t you?
  • Careful with that bread basket. Going out to restaurants may be inevitable but don’t hoover those breadsticks. Have one and literally push the basket away.
  • No more mindless eating. Pick healthy snacks with an occasional cheat. You could eat an entire bag of chips and so could I. Use a bowl and watch the portion. When you’re done, you’re done.

Wrapping Up

Staying mindful of what we do and eat will help us stay in control. Some of us are emotional eaters, but don’t sabotage yourself. It’s not about complete abstinence from the things you love. It’s all about finding a balance between having fun and having too much fun.

The best thing about being a sissy is the feminine feeling you get when you look and feel your best!
